About the course

and Requirements

The Dance Summer School in Ireland is designed for students with a minimum exam of Grade 3 Ballet, alongside Intermediate, Advanced and Vocational students.
It is for those who hope to become professional dancers and those who just love to dance. The minimum age requirement is 13 years.

The Dance Summer School in Ireland offers a comprehensive curriculum that allows the student to explore different genres and styles of dance. The course provides a valuable learning experience throughout the training process.

​

Our mission is to foster a positive environment and support dancers eager to enhance their skills whilst immersing themselves in creativity and growth.

The students will:
-Work with expert tutors who are passionate about nurturing young talent
-Experience a wide range of dance styles to expand their versatility
-Build confidence through different class challenges
-Create lasting friendships with like-minded dancers from other schools and countries
-Push their boundaries and take their dancing to new heights


Participants will benefit from a wide range of classes, including Classical Ballet, Contemporary, Jazz, Body Conditioning, Improvisation, Folk,  Latin Rhythms and more. Our experienced faculty are dedicated to helping them improve their technical proficiency, artistic skills, and overall understanding of their capabilities.

Dance students with intermediate/advanced profiles and those with vocational aspirations will receive advice from our faculty regarding the application process for dance colleges and will attend mock audition sessions.

Whether you just love dancing, or dream of becoming a professional artist or teacher, our programme is tailored to provide you with the insights and tools needed to continue your pathway in the dance industry. This growth will be supported by dancing with and sharing lessons with peers from other schools.

​Furthermore, we are dedicated to delivering an exceptional entertainment program and a range of performing arts-related activities that complement our outstanding dance training.
